Campers will work on:
Learning proper stroke techniques - Forehand and Backhand
Learn how to play the net
Improve serve accuracy
Practice skills using various drills and games
Develop an understanding of the game
This camp is under the direction of head instructor Coach Jim Stoner. His Husker boys and girls high school teams have won conference championships over a combined 30 times, sending numerous players to state as well. Coach Stoner played varsity tennis at CMSU (now known as UCM) holding down the #1 spot his junior and senior year and was a graduate assistant coach at nationally ranked Northwest Missouri State University for the Bearcats.
