HPR Knights of Columbus FREE THROW COMPETITION RULES:
Age group - only 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.
Rules: Each contestant received 3 warm-up tosses, followed by 15 consecutive free throw attempts from the designated free throw line. To break a tie the contestants take a second round of five free throws with no warm-up. They will compete in three different brackets listed below:
Age 9, 10, 11 boys/girls shoot from a 12 foot foul line with 10 foot basket. Use 28.5 ball.
Ages 12, 13, 14 girls shoot from 15 foot foul line with 10 foot basket. Use 28.5 ball.
Ages 12, 13, 14 boys shoot from 15 foot foul line with 10 foot basket. Regulation - size ball
