What's Happening at HPR?
TEE BALL & COACH PITCH PICTURE NIGHT IS MONDAY, JULY 20, 2020 6PM TO 7:15PM. YOUR COACH WILL LET YOU KNOW YOUR TIME SLOT.
Men's Softball - Fall League, will play on Tuesdays and Thursdays (subject to change if needed). Sorry we are unable to handle scheduling requests.
Start getting your teams ready!
League is scheduled to start September 9, 2020.
Price will be $250/8 game schedule. (Teams provide own balls).
Max 8 teams. Get your team registered. Teams must pay in full before first game or they will not be allowed to play. If League does not have 4 teams we will not play.

Pool: Open 1pm - 6pm everyday, $5 admission, kids 2 and under are free.

Bring water, a glove, a helmet (due to COVID-19 you are encouraged to bring your own, however we will have some on hand too if you need one) and bat (bats will be on hand as well).

The pool will now operate with a 100 (NEW) patron capacity. That means only 100 people will be allowed in plus staff. That number can As patrons come and go, check out our new facebook page for updates that is pool specific:

Higginsville Swimming Pool is open. We have made several modifications due to safety precautions. The pool will operate at a 30% capacity limit (which we normally do not reach except some busy Saturdays and a few other days throughout the season). Do NOT be offended please if we have reached our max. and have to turn folks away at the door, we are trying our best to open. Among some of the changes FOR THIS YEAR ONLY: Swimming lessons will not be given due to the close proximity between instructor and student, and no swim parties will be allowed this year. We will not be offering season passes this year. We will offer a 10 visit pass for $35.00 (non-refundable), however full details will be available soon. If you won a season pass through a recent promotional prize give-away, that pass will be honored for 2020, AND 2021.
If you are sick you will need to stay home...we are making the pool available this year, however if anything changes we will take appropriate actions, including closing if need be. We are excited to be able to offer this wonderful activity/service to the community.
Open Sunday, June 7th, close on Sunday, August 2nd.
Max pool capacity at 30% patrons. (Typically we do not have that many on most days, except Saturdays or 4th of July, and a few other days.)

No swim lessons this year, due to social distancing between staff and student.
Concessions: pre-packaged food only. No hot dogs, nachos, or snow cones.
Possibly less deck furniture (1/2) and spaced more apart.
No swim parties this summer.

Staff on hand to disinfect touched surfaces and high traffic areas.
Staff will remind people to social distance. (Lifeguards will not do this as they will be watching the water).
Inside pool house--install plexiglass barrier at the front desk.
Option to close when occupancy is lower than 10 people. Credit issued/no refunds.
Option of taking temperatures of employees and patrons who enter, if outbreaks in community start.
Masks for all employees. Guards will not wear while on their post. Will wear them all other times.
No season passes this year. Will offer a 10 visit non-refundable pass. A credit issued for next year if we have to close early. These are available at the pool beginning on opening day. Cost is $35.00.
This season unfortunately we will be unable to allow kids to go back and forth between the pool and beach volleyball.

Higginsville Ball Fields: These are closed to any team without permission. NO exceptions.
